I often tell stories about my couples.. I have to say these two left me speechless.. So in LOVE, so dedicated, serious, calm, ready, passionate, playful, meaningful……real!
It was my pleasure to have the opportunity to capture your beautiful intimate wedding. The girls that stood beside you and those who were there for you proved without a doubt, a girl can never have too many “girls” who will always have her back no matter what…. The guys, it’s clear, had a bond that will not be broken either. Hold tight to each other… I’m confident your love will stand the test of time!
Pictures will be uploaded here later… but in the meanwhile please enjoy the slideshow below…
When I asked Modestine what song I should use for her slideshow and opened it to listen, I got chills. Looking at the slideshow coupled with the brief moments I had the opportunity to listen to George describe what Modestine means to him and albeit a very brief conversation with George, when I talked with him, one thing was clear to me. He loves God, his family, his friendships and this girl. There was a song preformed, belted (can I say that) during the ceremony that left every eye wet with tears and hearts full of emotion. I watched as George raised his hands to the sky to give praise for what I can assume was his gift from God “an angel” and their beautiful union as man and wife.
I am so blessed to have met the two of you and your family and friends. I am honored to have been the one chosen to capture and document your union. As you surround yourself with the gorgeous people that are your friends, may God have his hand on your hearts and a fervent purposeful guidance in your lives that will insure the continued blessing of you and this union. Let nothing come between what is brought together by HIM!

When I received the inquiry from Greg I was thrilled, to say the least. Although I have known the family for years and have watched him grow up from perhaps high school until now, I took nothing for granted. I often teased his mom that I would be available to take his wedding pictures one day… We often giggled at the prospect but little did we know the opportunity would come sooner rather than later. We set up a meeting and from that point on I was even more ready to document this love story.
The chemistry between these two is palatable. The ebb and flow of this romance is awe-inspiring. they move, speak, touch and talk with precision and love. He checks with her for the affirmation of an answer and she checks with him the same. When they look at each other you feel it…. the kind of romance that is not easily formed by those so young…
Greg and Elaine, thanks for giving me the opportunity to be a part of your day. Your family and friends love you very much and as I have gotten to know you I can see why. I look forward to helping the two of you document your lives for years to come. What no one could ever deny the two of you is the love you have for one another. Stay strong in your love and your faith…. they will carry you through the tests of time.
They chose to not see each other before the ceremony but wanted to pray together.. the screen separated the two but emotions were transcendental.
Elaine’s dress and veil were breathtaking.. Simple, unique, classic…just gorgeous!
